Welcome to the newest website for Calgary Craft Alert - I know we have been a little MIA, but we are slowly figuring things out and putting things back into order! First off, I would like to introduce myself and the idea behind this resource for the city of Calgary and surrounding area.
My name is Rosalyn Faustino and I am a Textile Lover + Maker, a Artisan Enthusiast, and Sharer of all things amazing ;) I lived in Toronto for all my 20s and early 30s and I went back to Calgary for family and a fresh new start with my partner. I wanted to bring back what I experienced and loved from there to here. As this city has changed creatively, I would love to know more about it.
This is a personal venture and hopefully this will help those within this province (new and old) to help find motivation, creativity, and inspiration in the arts and crafts scene.
