Saturday October 29, 10:30am-12:30pm
LOFT 112
Loft 112, 535 8 Avenue SE, Calgary (MAP)
Use the creative arts to dig deeper and learn about yourself, your creativity, and your self-care. Each week we will explore a different medium and a different part of our selves in a safe open creation studio format. You can expect to be guided through a reflective and creative process exploring different mediums and different elements of yourself. Here the process of creation will help us to learn more about a specific topic while exploring new mediums. Each week one medium will be featured but expect to use your creative mind in many different ways each week.
