ACAD STUDENT'S ASSOCIATION WINTER 2016 SHOW + SALE

Join us in celebrating the creativity of Calgary's emerging artists at the Alberta College of Art + Design Students' Association semi-annual student art market. The First Night Fundraiser offers you an exclusive, private viewing and sale of over 3,000 original pieces, showcasing work from each of ACAD's departments. Whatever your preferred medium, you'll find it here: Paintings, photographs, drawings, prints, glass, fibre, jewellery, sculpture, ceramics and more! Proceeds from ticket purchases directly support ACAD students with programming that includes entrepreneurial training through seminars and workshops and also funds student scholarships. Students directly receive the proceeds from the sale of their art and design work, with a portion supporting ACADSA's student programming. Along with local creatives, arts supporters, light refreshments and a cash bar, you can expect advanced access to over 3,000 original artworks and the artists in attendance. Parking is available at the event rate of $7 at the Jubilee J2 parking lot. ***We invite you to register early, as capacity at this event is limited*** The Show + Sale continues November 18th (12-7pm) and November 19th (10-4pm) with entrance by donation at the door.
