/ABOUT THE FAIR This 2-day public fair takes place on November 19th and 20th in Stride Gallery's main and lower spaces to foster public conversation and a platform to feature printed matter from artists and organizations in Alberta. Over 30 vendors from will be showing and selling their printed wares, including independent artists, collectives, businesses, and galleries. The printed matter includes zines, books, prints, and other printed goods. Through this event Stride is looking to convene both grassroots movements, emerging artists and institutional artists’ book collections. The fair will be open to the public from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. There will be music throughout each day mixed by DJ Lana and a cozy Reading Area featuring archives and libraries from a variety of institutions. Come by at 1:00pm on Saturday, November 19th for an informative 1 hour lecture presented by Alex Steinitz.
