Join us in celebrating the grand opening of Marquee on 16th with a community event showcasing local art and musicians, great food, and our beautiful brand new apartment building, available for rent now! The first 200 people will receive a rockin' grab bag; there will also be great giveaways and lots of fun for everyone, including a photobooth, an artisan market and live music.
