Use natural elements to explore yourself and the outdoors in a safe reflective space. Eco art encourages us to look at the natural world as a medium for creative expression. Each session we will focus on using mindfulness practices, creative expression, and the outdoors as tools to support our own self reflection and learning. Learn to manipulate natural elements in new and creative ways while deepening the process through creative writing and photography. Special focus will be placed on exploring our own natural selves and cultivating a creative practice in the outdoors.
